In our kitchen never lacks typical Tuscan dishes like ravioli with herbs, asparagus gnudi, acquacotta, bean soup, rabbit with herbs, the lamb in white, and who loves the game: the pappardelle rabbit, polenta with venison and wild boar.
You can also enjoy new and tempting appetizers such as casseroles and red onion, sausage, pretzels, mixed fried sage, pecorino cheese and cupcakes with honey, leeks and ham rolls and many more ...
The pasta is handmade, and you can also taste of homemade breads.

The breakfasts are always very rich dessert: apple pie, tart yogurt, cereal cake, chocolate cake, sweet breads with homemade jams.

What we like most is that all these dishes we consume them all together in a 'single large table, talking to the winter warmth of the fireplace and in summer outside in the starlight.

Internet access is available BBQ, if you can eat outside under the shade of the ash.
